Flour (Wheat, Alternative Grains): Gluten formation and starch gelatinization provides structure.

Ingredients are weighed and combined in high-speed mixers.
Consistency is monitored for optimal viscosity to ensure smooth baking.
3️⃣ 𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨
Automated depositors portion batter into preheated waffle molds.
Industrial ovens operate at 180-220°C, with baking times between 1.5 to 3 minutes.
Steam release ensures proper expansion, affecting texture and aeration.
4️⃣ 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝘼𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜
Waffles pass through cooling tunnels to prevent condensation and sogginess.
