How to Sew a Really Simple Little Drawstring Bag - Tutorial

Welcome to Little Drops of Wonderful! My channel is ALL about crochet, knitting, yarn and crafty stuff. This is a total beginners tutorial on how to make a really simple drawstring bag - let me know how you get on!

You will need:
An A4 sheet of paper and a pen OR print one of the patterns I drew in this video (PDF links below, make sure to print at 100%) but it's much easier to just draw you own as shown :)
Yellow Bag template - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HZys...
Denim Bag (just slightly wider than the yellow one) template - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_mgS...
Scissors
Fabric for your outer bag
Fabric for your lining
Interfacing (optional) - I like this stuff www.amazon.co.uk/Vilene-Interfacing-Sew-Heavy-White/dp/B015SXAWH4
Drawstrings - I buy 5mm drawstring cord on eBay
Pins or sewing clips
Thread and a needle or sewing machine :)

Measurements:
If cutting your own template make sure the top of the bag is at least 21cm wide
For the drawstring casings cut 2 pieces measuring the length of the bag opening by 10cm
For the drawstring tabs the measurement is 8cm by 3.5cm
Seam allowance is a quarter of an inch unless otherwise stated in the video
