This video captures today’s ride — a smooth and scenic 5-mile route (each way) from Memorial Park in Arvada to Van Bibber Creek Trail & Open Space.
It’s become a favorite daily route for our group, offering beautiful scenery, easy riding, and plenty of variety. Even though it’s a short distance, there are multiple trail connections and options, which keeps each ride interesting.

Harold D. Lutz Sports Complex
Stenger Sports Complex
Skyline Park
We wrapped up at the peaceful Van Bibber Open Space, with great views and a relaxing turnaround point.
Filmed from my Catrike Villager, this ride is perfect for recumbent trike riders looking for a fun, low-stress daily ride with great scenery and lots of park connections. Pulling the Dog Chariot was smooth and easy to navigate.
