The world is troubled, tense, and deeply divided and it is so hard to remain at peace. In the midst of all the challenges that surround us, St. Paul has perennial wisdom for us in his second letter to Timothy. Here he exhorts a young Timothy to keep his head in all circumstances. Like Timothy, as we face difficulties that come from living in a fallen world with all its corruption, hatred, and deception, we too must keep our heads and remain fixed on our Lord Jesus and his Word.
