RECIPE:
Stuffing Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 to 2 lbs ground beef
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
1/4 cup white onions, diced (optional)
2 eggs
1/2 cup water or beef broth
2/3 cup BBQ sauce, divided
1/2 cup Colby cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan.
2.) In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except for 1/3 cup of the BBQ sauce. Gently combine all of the ingredients until well combined. Do not over mix. Shape into a loaf and transfer to the pan.
3.) Spread the remaining BBQ sauce on top and bake uncovered for 60-70 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
