Ballet flexibility training - daily ballet stretches for beginners with no equipment!

Todays video is a series of ballet stretches for flexibility (beginners). This ballet stretching class will focus on both the upper and lower body to help you achieve full body flexibility for dance. If you want to know how to get flexible, these ballet stretching exercises are a great place to start! Each of the stretches for ballet beginners are simple yet effective, individually targeting the different areas of the body. In this video we will stretch the neck, upper and lower back, hips, hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors. While this ballet stretch routine has a short warm up, always remember a thorough ballet warmup before attempting any of my ballet stretch routines to avoid injury!
