As the debate rages over justice Yashwant Varma's "cash haul" case, former BJP MP and Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani has raised questions over the judiciary and the process of impeachment. Speaking to India Today's Aneesha Mathur, Jethmalani said that the process of inquiry against judges needs a relook.
Jethmalani on the other hand also questioned why the former CJI had not granted sanction for initiating an FIR in the case. The ball is in the President's court for now.
