Finally got this thing sounding proper! I am used to the 08-09 DS450’s and learned that a power commander and race tuned OEM ECU just doesn’t play well together after talking to another Can Am guy that’s been running one in recent years, he was able to confirm my suspicions on the PC6 being the issue, so thank you very much Gabriel! 👍🏻❤️ Anyway here’s a cold start of the 2015 DS450 Build getting close to being completed with custom race intake duct for 4” filter, R111L ECU, Motoworks slip on, iridium plugs, NGK race plug wires, outlander injector not renegade (although they may be interchangeable), shaved/vented airbox with no lid, vented the plastics near the fuel tank and coolant tank reservoir (Most of the common Can Am mods), etc. New Walsh Racecraft MX Long Travel a-arms, tie rods and ends, precision pro stabilizer, Elka stage 5 front shocks, Rath racing Nerf bars & bumpers, Walsh rear shock pull rod with an NOS XMX KYB rear shock, lots of heat insulation and other odds and ends. I have a lonestar +2 +1 steering stem, LSR rear axle, and 4 new ITP MR6’s the proper size for MX I still need to install, as well as longer front brake lines and a few other things so it won’t be long till my XMX conversion/build is completely finished for this year.
