SIMPLIFIED Chanel “inspired” jacket! Easy techniques. Coda (Love Notions). Site-wide sale.

You can use the Coda jacket from Love Notions as a base for a classic French style jacket! This is what I’ve done, and I have simplified the process to get “the look”. The fabric is a wool blend suiting & it’s lined. Some hand sewing was needed to sew the trim all around the jacket. I’m so excited to share so you can try this too!

*Added ½” FBA to generate a bust dart
*2.5” extra length added to the jacket
Wool/blend suiting
*Poly satin lining
*Light tailors fusible interfacing on ALL THE PIECES
*Satin bias tape ¾” wide
*Trim sewn on by hand
