This yin yoga sequence I will share can be practiced by everyone not only for an IBS flare up .All you need is a yoga cushion and blocks. If you don’t have a cushion, you can create one using a pillow wrapped in a blanket or towel. If you don’t have blocks, be creative—use books, the edge of a sofa, or anything that offers support.
Always listen to your body and never do anything that doesn’t feel good, (meaning never go over the edge )especially if you are experiencing pains ,
illness or injuries .Be gentle and kind to your self , self care is the key 🔑
Energy Medicine is optional. It can support your system and help on a deeper level—this is how I personally experienced it during my own history I had with IBS.
