뇌동맥류 결찰 수술 - 최소 침습 개두술 minipteional approach simple clip UIA anterior choroidal artery

This small unruptured ICA-anterior choroidal artery aneurysm was clipped completely and safely with very simple minipterional approach. Dissection of basal cistern and proximal sylvian fissure only enabled full exposure of the aneurysm and adjacent vital neurovascular structures. The minipterional approach provides same angle of microsurgical view and sufficient operative corridor and space as traditional pterional or pretemporal approach. In addition, it gives the patient less pain with less cosmetical defect and earlier recovery.
