Fly rod bass popper tied with corsair tubing, closed cell foam, foam insulation tape, and static duster material. Head and popping lip is filled in and hardened with UV cure gel. Great action in the water. Very loud and pretty easy to cast on a 7 or 8 wt fly rod.
