I finally cleaned up the gas tank and put the hood assembly back together and on the tractor. Getting close to having this tractor wrapped up and back together.
As for the seal for the 3-way valve, in the video I mention a NAPA part. I looked it up and it is actually Caterpillar part #3H-4970. The cork one I had worked OK after I soaked it in oil for more than a day. A ripped one after not letting it sit long enough to soak.
