貝貝南瓜蒸蛋食譜|Baby Pumpkin Steamed Egg - nutritious recipe for happy little one
We would like to share with everyone how to make adorable and nutritious baby pumpkin steamed egg
Main Ingredients:
1. Baby pumpkin x1
2. Egg x1
3. Milk 3Tbsp
4. Little bit sugar
Method:
1. Wash the baby pumpkin with salt & rinse with water.
2. Cut open the top of the pumpkin & remove the seeds.
3. Steam the pumpkin with boiling water for 15 minutes.
4. Add in 3 tbsp milk & a little bit sugar into an Egg.
5. Mix it well & sift the egg.
6. Remove the pumpkin and let it cool down after steamed for 15 minutes.
7. Remove the extra water inside pumpkin.
8. Pour the egg into pumpkin.
9. Steam with boiling water for 20 minutes. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes after 20 minutes of steaming.

製作方法:
1. 用鹽及清水洗淨貝貝南瓜。
2. 將南瓜頂部切開,把種子取出。
3. 熱水蒸南瓜15分鐘。
4. 將3湯匙牛奶及少許糖加入1粒雞蛋中。
5. 蛋攪拌均勻後過篩。
6. 南瓜蒸15分鐘,將其取出降溫。
7. 將南瓜中多餘的水倒出。
8. 將蛋倒入南瓜中。
9. 熱水蒸煮20分鐘,然後再燜5分鐘。
10. 完成。
