You Might Be Failing God… And Not Even Know It

1 Samuel 9v19, 22 (NKJV); 1 Samuel 1v:22-23 (NLT); 1 Samuel 13v13 (NKJV)

1️⃣ What you’re trying to achieve can only be sustained by becoming the person you’ve been neglecting to become.

2️⃣ Stop aiming too low—it's not enough to just be a person God is okay with. Become a person that pleases God!

Stages of pleasing God:
God’s not okay with you. (God’s provoked)
God’s okay with you. (God permits) (1 Cor 3v15)
God’s good with you. (God’s pleased) (1 Kings 15v5)
God’s great with you. (God’s fully pleased) (Col 1v10; Mt 3v17; 2 Cor 5v9)

3️⃣ You can't please God without faith, and you won't please Him fully without walking closely with Him.

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11v6 (NKJV)

And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him. Genesis 5v24 (NKJV)
