Menstruation ( Well-being during period )
Almost all women have it, but do you know why? You have accepted the fact that this is normal, you believe it is so right that you can get pregnant at all. Even though I am a man I tell you that God or the universe would never do that to you. You are responsible for your own body, but it is your consciousness that determines how you will handle it. The cause needs to be addressed and that is the fat you consume daily.
If you want to alleviate the feelings during menstruation, you need to eat lighter foods with very little or no fat in those days, as much you can endure emotionally. Exercise helps a lot, of course, as you can look at female athletes for proof, who in many cases completely lose their periods. Although it is said that this is not good, I tell you it is. It is only normal that they would never have a monthly fat cleansing and still be able to have children. To lose your period after getting pregnant is because all the excess fat goes into the baby, which of course is not healthy again.
The more you become aware and working on yourself, the better you will handle your body, for which it will gratefully serve you. Not only on menstrual days, but permanently reduce your fat intake if you love yourself and want a healthy life. Daily exercise, a lot of drinking water, and your monthly period will almost disappear, and you will feel great.

Skoraj vse ženske jo imate, pa veste zakaj? Sprejeli ste dejstvo, da je to normalno, verjamete da je tako prav, da sploh lahko zanosite. Čeprav sem moški vam povem, da vam bog ali vesolje vam tega nikoli nebi storil. Same ste odgovorne za svojo telo, je pa vaša zavest tista ki pogojuje, kako boste ravnali z njim. Rešiti je treba vzrok in to je maščoba, ki jo dnevno zaužijete.
Če želite omiliti občutke ob menstruaciji rabite tiste dni jesti lažjo hrana z zelo malo ali nič maščob, kakor pač čustveno zdržite. Zelo pomaga seveda telovadba, kot si lahko za dokaz pogledate atletinje, katere v večih primerih popolnoma izgubijo menstruacijo. Čeprav je rečeno, da to ni dobro, vam povem, da je. Še le to je normalno, da nikoli nebi imeli mesečnega čiščenja maščob ter vseeno lahko imele otroke. Da po zanositvi izgubite menstruacijo, je to zato, ker gre vsa odvečna maščoba v otroka, kar pa seveda spet ni zdravo.
Bolj se boste ozaveščali z delom na sebi, lepše boste ravnali s svojim telesom, za kar vam bo hvaležno dobro služilo. Ne le v dneh menstruacije, temveč kar trajno zmanjšajte vnos maščob, če se imate rade in če si želite zdravega življenja. Dnevna telovadba, veliko pitja vode in vaša mesečna perioda bo skoraj izginila, vi pa boste deležne odličnega počutja.
