ঝিনাইদহ সদর উপজেলায় নার্সারি বাগান গড়ে তুলেছেন খালেদা খানম। এই বাগানে অাম, জাম, লিচু, কমলা, জাম্বুরা, পেয়ারাসহ বিভিন্ন ধরনের ফলজ ও বনজ গাছের চারা উৎপাদন করেন। বাড়ির ছাদে বিভিন্ন ধরনের ফল ও সবজির চাষ করছেন। নার্সারি বাগান থেকে তিনি প্রতিবছর প্রায় ৩০ লক্ষ টাকা অায় করেন এবং এই সফলতার জন্য তিনি জাতীয় পর্যায়ে পুরস্কৃত হন।
