2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport No Crank - Battery Light On - Towed In Diagnosis

In this video, I take a look at a customer’s 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that was towed in with a no-crank condition. The customer states the vehicle had been operating normally, then suddenly would not crank. They attempted to jump-start it with no success. After I connected a jump pack, the vehicle powered up, but the battery warning light remained illuminated. From there, we dig into the charging and starting system to find out what’s actually going on and why jumping it wasn’t the solution this time.
