All-in-One Cupcakes (with our kids!) - Crumbs and Flora

We're baking with our gorgeous kids! For a while you lot have asked us to get our little angels in the kitchen with us - and now, thanks to Flora, we are baking as a family. What could go wrong?

Full recipe:
Makes 12
You will need:
Bowl and Spoon

150g Flora Buttery
150g caster sugar
3 eggs
150g self raising flour
115g icing sugar


Turn oven on to 170C / 150C fan / 340F. Put everything except the icing sugar into a big bowl and mix well. Pop into the cupcake cases and bake for 10-12 minutes. Leave to cool.

To decorate:
Mix water with the icing sugar a little at a time until you get a smooth paste. Add colouring if desired to the icing and spread a teaspoon of icing on each cake. Top with the decorations of your choice!
