This is a simple way to stretch your calf muscles. Stepping on a book or yoga block, lean forward while supporting yourself, hands on wall. The stretch happens in the back leg: straight leg gets Gastrocnemius, bent leg gets Soleus. Go slowly and breathe into a gentle stretch.
