This profile of Leonard Nimoy appeared on "One on One with John Tesh" a show that aired on NBC daytime in 1991. I think it captures the thoughtful and generous spirit of Leonard Nimoy as a person and as an actor. It is also interesting to watch with historical hindsight as it reflects Leonard's views at the time about the future of his role in "Star Trek". Little did Leonard know that he would portray Mr. Spock again three more times. It is interesting to point out that John Tesh appeared as a Klingon in the TNG episode "The Icarus Factor" in 1989. I post this solely for its historical value in documenting the creative life of Leonard Nimoy. I hope you enjoy spending some time with him.
