Jehovah’s Witnesses once ran the biggest religious publishing empire in the world. But in 2025, their flagship campaign magazine “An End to War — How?” is missing from most halls. Congregations report only a handful of copies — or none at all.

So what happened?

And the creation of three new financial companies in Ireland — including Mina Asset Management, which the Central Bank confirmed is not authorised to operate

This isn’t the Watchtower of old. It’s no longer a publishing giant or a humanitarian organization. Instead, it looks more and more like a property trust and media company, scrambling to protect its assets.
