Short notice: Unfortunately I do not take requests on this channel, mainly due to them being time consuming and sadly having a rather busy schedule. However, please enjoy the content I post and thank you for watching!

Reaching another spin-speed milestone of 1150 videos, I take this as an opportunity to dig out some old videos of a long-forgotten machine that I briefly had and pretty much most of you will not have known I had as I never truly revealed this machine as it was a complete failure from the beginning.
This was destined to be my first official Washer Dryer for the collection, the model is a Creda 17317D Supaspeed 1150 Washer Dryer SDL (I believe the SDL referred to either "Start Delay" as it featured a Delay Timer Slider, the "D" in the model number refers to the "Door" interlock that this model used).
This machine is from the early 1990s, but the design dates back to 1988. An official Creda made machine, manufactured at their Blythe Bridge factory, rather than a rebadged Hotpoint or "Credapoint" as I refer to them, though the design is similar to Hotpoint 95s of the time. I have always had a soft spot for these rather rare to find machines, especially after I was supposed to receive the 17332S that servis gem had, but that got destroyed. However, from day 1 of getting this machine, it was riddled with faults. It started off with the dryer dial missing its cap, the pop-out dial struggling to pop out, the text fading beyond recognition and the door trim cracked, as well as it hanging off its hinge by only a screw. Then the most annoying thing, to find the dryer had stopped working right at the end of the maiden wash load. From then on, it just never wanted to dry. The duct itself (stupidly made of plastic for some reason) was completely cracked, so it never would have dried either way and flooded itself. It was sad to see this fail as even though it was the completely wrong colour (I want the brown and white model), it was fascinating to see, especially the infamous "Rhythm Spin" and being the only UK anti-clockwise machine.
Later that year in December, I made the decision to scrap it after it was also no use to any other collector, so I have many spares off it and have kept this for the rare chance of finding the exact model I want. So, here's what I have and one video at least shows you the final ramp-up to 1150rpm.
Whichwasher2007 has filmed the white version (17331) of the 17332 on his channel.
Thank you and enjoy! :).
