Byakuren Kaikan Karate

In Japanese, the name Byakuren Kaikan means White Lotus Association. It is a full-contact karate school founded in Japan, with a curriculum that blends striking and grappling and traces its technical logic back to Shorinji Kempo. The organization took shape in the mid nineteen eighties and grew into a competition-oriented network with dojos across Japan and overseas.
