My gardening year continues and it's high time I got my potatoes in the ground.This year I will be growing in 30 litre pots again and in the ground. I'll also be experimenting with different fertiliser regimes. using Sulphate of potash with an N-P-K rating of 0-0-45, another fertiliser with 20-10-10 and blood fish and bone with 3-9-3. I suspect the high potassium fertiliser will have the best results. Because potassium helps the plant turn sugars produced in photosynthesis into starch. But time will tell.
