7.83 Hz binaural beat "entrainment" is achieved through the use of 2 different Solfeggio carrier binaural & Isochronic tones (174, 396 Hz). The pulsing tone is 396 Hz. Follow it in your minds eye as it moves from the left to the right channel and back- this is working to achieve synchronization between both hemispheres of your brain. I tried a new pattern with this track- this allowed me to use fewer frequencies, more effectively.
