ELITE Workout With College Hooper! (Power Forward/Center)

Today we are posting a slightly different kind of video, taking a look at the workout we had with Bobby Olsen, who not only is an elite college basketball player, but also my best friend/teammate since middle school! Happy to have him in the gym, and a lot of that comes from the fact that he just got to WORK. Bobby can stretch the floor with an impressive touch, finish in a multitude of ways around the rim, and is also dominant in the paint on both ends.

We hope that any aspiring college basketball players (big man or not) can take some things from the video, whether a teaching point, something Bobby did, ETC!
