Two keys to pronouncing, "aujourd'hui," correctly: keeping the R separate from the ou sound and then pushing forward for the R sound. The problem is that your tongue has to stay somewhat close to the lower teeth for the J sound. So it is not quite in place for the R that is coming up. So, what helps me on this word, is to consciously push forward during the ou sound so that my tongue is in place for the French R that follows.
