The 10-Minute Toned Arms workout - DAILY BURN
This is a quick and effective way to tone your arms. This routine targets the triceps, biceps, and shoulders. This is a quick and effective way to get arms that look toned and sculpted. This routine should be done at least twice a week, but not more than four times a week.
Complete this workout with no rest between exercises. After completing the entire routine, rest for 30 seconds before repeating it again.
