But in the harsh reality of her daily routine, things are often unpredictable. When she starts her late shift one day, a col-league is absent from the fully occupied, understaffed ward. Amidst the hustle and pressure, Floria looks after a seriously ill young mother and an elderly man desperately waiting for his diagnosis - with the same care and diligence as a private patient. But as the night progresses, her work becomes an ever more urgent race against time.

LATE SHIFT explores the timely theme of healthcare challenges and pays homage to nursing staff, underscoring the profound significance of compassionate care for all.
