마파두부
재료;두부 300g.
소고기or 돼지고기 갈은것 100g
파1T. 생강1t. 마늘1t.두반장2t.
육수200cc(물 200cc+치킨스톡1개)
미소된장 1t. 간장 1과1/2T. 설탕1/2T.
청주2T.
녹말물 (녹말가루1T+물 1T)
참기름
실파.
(mapo tofu)
Ingredients: 300g tofu
100 g minced beef or pork
green onion 1 T. ginger 1 t.
garlic 1 t. toban djan 2t.
200cc broth (200cc water + 1
chicken stock)
soybean paste(Japanese style)1t.
1 and 1/2 T soy sauce.
1/2 T sugar. rice wine 2 t.
starch water (starch powder 1T + water 1T)
sesame oil
fine green onion
how to make;
1) cut the tofu into 2cm pieces and put it in a bowl
pour hot water and soak for 10 minutes, then drain.
2) It is important to mince green onion: ginger: garlic and add it in a 3:1:1 ratio.
3) heat 2T of cooking oil in a pan.
add meat and stir-fry, then add green onion, ginger, garlic and toban djan and stir-fry, then add broth and boil with soybean paste, soy sauce, sugar, and sake.
adjust the concentration by adding starch and sesame oil. Sprinkle with shredded green onion and enjoy
