While exploring the Hydrodynamics Lab in Zaton, I ran into a Controller on the second floor wearing an electric collar. There’s a locked coded door here that requires the code 4824. The Scanner can be found in the tunnel nearby, next to a dead scientist - you can enter the tunnel from the marked spot outside the lab.
During the exploration, I also had to fight a Bloodsucker hiding in the lower section of the facility. The atmosphere here is intense - no HUD, pure veteran realism.
