•1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
•1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
•1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
•1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
•1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
•1 Teaspoon Oregano
•¼ Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
•2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil, for seasoning fish
•2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil, for cooking fish

Fish Taco Sauce
•½ Cup Sour Cream
•⅓ Cup Mayonnaise
•2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
•2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, minced
•½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
•½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
•½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
•½ Teaspoon Cumin
•½ Teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Additions
•4 Small Tortillas
•Queso Fresco
•Red Cabbage
•Sliced Carrots

Notes:
