In this short video, I test the amount of damage the 300 Weatherby Magnum will do to a steel plate at close range. REMEMBER always be careful shooting steel at close range, especially with ridiculous calibers.
Remember and always follow the rules of gun safety:
-Keep your finger OFF the trigger until you are ready to shoot
-Keep your firearm pointed in a safe direction at ALL TIMES
-Always check to see if your firearm is unloaded, do not "assume" it is unloaded
-Always wear ear and eye protection
-Make sure you know what is behind the target you are shooting at
-ALWAYS keep your firearms in a locked safe or in an area where unauthorized persons cannot access it
And remember, always be a responsible gun owner. Firearms are NOT toys. Set a good example for others on how to properly and safely handle firearms.
I have several years of experience with firearms handling, do not attempt this at home.
