Our journey starts with a visit to a hotel featuring some seriously strange yet captivating art. We first think we’re looking at cameras, but it turns out those mysterious orbs are actually eyeballs—talk about a mind-bending start to the day! After this curious discovery, we make our way to some of the city's most iconic spots, including the stunning Cathedral of Barcelona. But after seeing the steep prices for admission, we decide to save some money for the rest of our adventures.

Our next stop? A classic tapas bar where we dive into some Spanish favorites. We try Tortilla de Patatas for the first time, and while it's a little different for our tastes, it’s definitely a must-try for anyone visiting Spain. The Olivas Fritas, fried olives, are an unexpected hit, and we can’t get enough of the Papas al Horno (oven-baked potatoes with pesto and cheese). And yes, we can't forget the chili! Adding that spicy kick makes the dishes even better.

Later, we stroll through the streets of Barcelona, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. The architecture, including the striking buildings with strange designs, makes it clear this city is full of surprises. We check out the waterfront and grab a quick snack of churros con chocolate—no better way to wrap up the day than with this deliciously sweet treat.

But the day doesn’t end there! We make our way to a local market to explore some more food options, though it turns out we're better off grabbing some street food. Finally, we finish the evening by stumbling upon a magnificent building. Though it’s a little pricier than expected, we decide it’s not the best place to spend our hard-earned cash. Instead, we head back to the streets in search of more tapas, ensuring that our final moments in Barcelona are just as satisfying as the rest of the day.
