Great Overdrives that aren't Expensive? In Praise of the Boss OD3

Ross from Yamaha recommended I check out the OD3 a while ago, and I think it's a little bit of a hidden gem in the Boss drive pedal line up. Please leave some comments of other pedals that you think folks need to know about?
