In a wild twist to the months-long political spectacle in Texas, the state's embattled Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced plans to file criminal complaints against the 12 state representatives who led his impeachment trial. Paxton, who was impeached by the state's House of Representatives in May and later acquitted by the state Senate on multiple corruption and bribery allegations, claims the release of documents by the impeachment managers, including his home address, is a threat and has cited an anti-doxxing law.
Dick DeGuerin, the Houston attorney who was one of the two lead prosecutors in the impeachment trial against Paxton, joins “Dan Abrams Live.”
