Hello my friends… I’m Sahar, a young Iranian woman from the heart of a small and peaceful village. Today I’m taking you with me through one of the most genuine days of rural life—the same simple, natural, and calm lifestyle that many people in busy cities are searching for. In this video, from the moment I open my eyes in the morning until the moment I sit beside my daughter, Delsa, to enjoy a warm village meal, I will guide you step by step through my day.
If you’re looking for a real experience of rural life in Iran—simple living, daily chores, local cooking, untouched nature, and pure tranquility—then this video is exactly for you.
In this video, you won’t just see an ordinary day in the village; you will feel the spirit of rural life—where mornings still begin with the scent of wet soil, the sound of roosters, and fresh, crisp air.
You will see up close how we clean our home with our own hands, how we take care of our animals, how we earn our livelihood from the land, and how with the simplest tools we prepare the most delicious local foods—like village-style liver, heart, and kidney “biryani.”
This video is for:
• Those who are interested in Iranian rural life
• City dwellers tired of crowds, pollution, and daily pressure
• Anyone looking for calming videos, nature, and traditional work
• People who want to see an untouched and authentic Iranian lifestyle up close
• And everyone whose heart feels lighter watching scenes like these
This video is not just an image; it’s a feeling of peace. A short journey from the city to the village… and maybe even a sweet escape from the noise of modern life.
Dawn hadn’t fully arrived when I woke up to the sound of roosters. Breathing the early-morning air always feels like a gift to me—cold, clean, and full of life. I looked out from our wooden window… a layer of mist sat on the mountain slopes, and the pale sunlight was just beginning to appear between the branches. These are the moments that remind a person how simple and beautiful life can be.
I quietly got out of bed and, like every day, started cleaning the house. I picked up my wooden broom and began sweeping the yard. The smell of damp earth and the sound of chickens running around brought so much calmness that you’d wish time would stop right there.
When I finished cleaning, it was time to feed the chickens and roosters. I filled their bowl with grain and poured it out for them. They rushed over immediately; the tapping of their beaks on the ground is one of the most familiar morning melodies of village life for me. It’s a task I repeat every day, but it never becomes boring, because it always reminds me that life is made of these small but loving acts of care.
With fresh water, I headed toward the garden. There is always work waiting there. Today I had to cut fresh grass. I picked up the sickle and began cutting the tall, green stalks. I gathered them into a sack, mounted the donkey, and returned home. The way back always feels sweeter—because you feel your work is done and you can return home with peace of mind.
When I arrived, I saw my father butchering a sheep—an ordinary part of rural life and a way to provide food for the family. After he finished, he separated the heart, liver, and kidneys and handed them to me so I could prepare a local dish for lunch—what we call village-style biryani.
I headed to the garden to cook over an open fire. I gathered firewood, lit the flames, and the crackling of the fire mixed with the smell of lightly burnt wood marked the beginning of one of those special, fragrant village meals. I placed the liver and heart on the hot pan, added a little salt, spices, and local oil… and soon the aroma spread throughout the garden. This smell reminds me of hundreds of childhood memories—when my mother cooked the same dish beside this same fire.
When the biryani was ready, I took the dish and returned home. My sweet little daughter, Delsa, greeted me with her usual smile. We spread the cloth on the floor—fresh bread, local herbs, homemade yogurt drink… and the hot, beautifully colored biryani.
Before eating, as always, we raised our hands and recited a prayer of gratitude—thanking God for pure sustenance, for the land, for the hands that work, and for the hearts that find peace together.
If this lifestyle—this raw and authentic picture of village life and daily work—felt calming, inspiring, or enjoyable to you, I’d be happy if you:
