This time, ARTGER traveled to the Alxa league, Inner Mongolia. Surrounded by vast sand dunes, Alxa is home to the Khoshut Mongols. We went there to film a special springtime traditional dish, the double pot soup, a folk medicinal meal passed down through generations and prepared for healing purposes. This footage was filmed in March 2025.
