I just finished The Sandman on Netflix, and after watching both Season 1 and Season 2 of this dark fantasy series, I have a lot to say. From Dream’s (Morpheus) mesmerizing journey to the unique storytelling that makes The Sandman one of Netflix’s most ambitious shows, here’s my honest review.
Season 1 felt like a dream — visually stunning, perfectly paced, and filled with unique, thought-provoking stories. But Season 2? Let’s just say… Netflix might have messed up again. The pacing slows, some characters feel stiff, and certain scenes drag longer than needed. Still, the ending of Morpheus’s arc was powerful and worth the watch.
