Luke Cage got a small buff this week, but it's actually a huge buff in Cerebro 2 decks! This one is a fun Hazmat and Wong version that is able to utilize Luke's ongoing effect for some ridiculously fun results.

Power Estimate: This particular list includes a couple cards "for fun" that lower its power level. A more traditional Cerebro 2 that takes out Wong and Ghost will almost certainly perform better than this one, although it still doesn't look like a deck that will top the meta. It may be a viable climbing archetype, but one that's susceptible to bad luck more than top tier decks.
