Today's livestream, like last week, will be a little different. We are joined by supporters of our brother monastery the Pacific Hermitage in Washington, USA, which is at the end of a 7-day retreat on the 37 Requisites of Enlightenment. We will prioritize questions on this topic from the live group watching in-house, as well as in the chat. The 37 Requisites are as follows : 4 Right Efforts, 4 Foundations of Mindfulness, 4 Bases of Spiritual Power, 5 Faculties, 5 Powers, 7 Factors of Enlightenment, and the Noble Eightfold Path. The retreat is not yet online, but the topics for questions are very broad!
