Used Journal Collection 2025: 100 Used Journals,18 Years 📚📖📓

I've been journaling for 18 years now. Here's my collection of used journals. My journaling in 2006 started out as mostly plain text writing about my day and emotions. Then I got into using a lot of washi tape and stickers. Then I got into collaging and throwing on some paint. Now I'm back to usually plain writing about my day and emotions. Some of the journal brands I tend to use are Barnes & Noble italian leather journals, Moleskine, Paperblanks, Peter Pauper Press, Paperchase, and Markings/CR Gibson. In 2006, I usually wrote with colorful Pilot G2s and Gelly Roll pens (metallic gel pens were my favorite!). Now I usually write with a black floral scented rollerball gel pen. Most of my journals have lined/ruled pages now.... plain pages aren't my preference. I like paper that's more beige /off-white, not bleach white. I used to use pocket Moleskines a lot in 2007 and 2008, but now I prefer 5 x 8 or 6 x 8 larger journals. I've only ever filled 2 spiral notebooks.
