Today's video was requested by you guys and it is my 5 tips for muscle recovery. There's no doubt that as dancers we often feel sore, and it can be frustrating when natural muscle soreness gets in the way of us practicing or rehearsing. But, it is is absolutely NORMAL and is typically our body's way of letting us know we are putting in the work. I like to face my delayed onset muscle soreness with my 5 Rs.
