Kayaking from Skirza to John O'Groats
A 13km sea kayaking journey along the dramatic northeast coast of Scotland, launching from the small harbour at Skirza, rounding the iconic Duncansby Head and landing at John O'Groats. Our guides here were the fantastic Will Copestake and Andy Gill from Kayak Summer Isles.
It’s a short but striking route packed with geological drama and sweeping views across the Pentland Firth, a proper treat for sea kayakers who love exploring rugged coastal terrain.
