we want to hard push on two things mainly: flick accuracy and awkward angles. particularly vertical/diagonals. so most of the scens chosen are specifically targeting those goals. when you are training pokeball consciously think about improving your landing accuracy on your flick and prioritize underflicking. if you see yourself going back to confirm, consciously think about not doing that until you eliminate it out of habit. you will be working on your speed while flicking and stopping power.
on wide angles like xen or ww10ts, consider going for uncomfortable and awkward angles even if it lowers your score. you want to get comfortable with all angles. 1w2ts vertical flicks will force non-horizontal flicks which is your comfort zone.
as mentioned in the video when attempting to push your technique on 1w3ts, set a metronome to 10-15% higher than your current # of hits (or just focus on speeding up 10-15% faster). you want to approximate ~85% accuracy when trying to perform the scenario in order to increase your speed.

this will work on smoothing out your fingertip/wrist primarily on longer strafes that strain the uncomfortable parts of your pad and arm.
on long strafes - track the bot as long as you possibly can before resetting. you want to extend the usage of the furthest parts of your pad
on easier bots/patterns - focus on being COMPLETELY smooth. pay attention to your jitter and be unsatisfied with any amount of crosshair movement falling off bot
play the routine at half your sens, double your sens, and at your sens (can be a range, doesn't have to be exact). you can do this on the same day or play within a specific range on each day to prioritize those muscle groups.
when playing at a lower sens, prioritize using your upper arm and shoulder by isolating those muscle groups and avoid using your wrist/fingertip as much as possible
when playing at a higher sens, prioritize using your wrist and fingertip by immobilizing your arm, DO NOT plant your wrist into your pad, but focus on using your wrist/fingertip alone to move your cursor.
the purpose behind this is to force training those muscle groups to improve your mechanics on those groups.
note i left out obvious ones like revolving tracking, centering, tamts control hard, extra smoothsphere, etc...cuz most likely you've played them but they are useful to play.
