From rearranging rooms to better suit how I actually live, to choosing comfort and practicality over appearances, this is a gentle reminder that your home doesn’t need to perform for anyone else. It only needs to support you.

I also share a bit about settling into this townhouse, making it feel like home for myself — and for my two rescue cats, Baby and Bobbie — and why creating a calm, functional space matters so much at this stage of life.
