This episode is a personal reflection for anyone who feels overwhelmed, tired, or pressured by the start of a new year.
I’m intentionally not talking about resolutions, productivity, bucket lists, or starting over. Instead, I’m creating space for honesty — because many of us are entering 2026 still carrying things from the year before, and pretending otherwise only leads to deeper fatigue.
January can be loud. December can be heavy. And the pressure to suddenly “drop everything” and become someone new often ignores the unresolved emotions, faith fatigue, mental exhaustion, and unmet expectations we’re still holding.
In this episode, I talk about:
✨Why the rush of January often leads to burnout by the end of the year
✨The cycle of starting strong but not preparing for the lows
✨Why asking “What do I need to fix?” keeps us stuck
✨How asking “What am I carrying?” invites healing instead
✨Letting go of comparison, timelines, and performative faith
✨Using journaling as a tool for truth, not self-judgment
I also share gentle journaling prompts to help you arrive honestly whether emotionally, spiritually, and mentally — without pressure to have everything figured out.
My wish for you this year is simple:
A graceful January.
A slower beginning.
And the courage to meet yourself and God exactly where you are.
👑 Welcome to The Crown Room.
