🚴‍♀️ The Wilhelminenberg Route starts at the Marswiese sports center and covers 11.1 km through the beautiful Vienna Woods. Right at the beginning, a steep climb and a few rooty sections test your fitness and technique. The route leads via Schwarzbergallee and a small bridge up to Neuwaldegg and continues toward the Hameau.

At the top, keep left in the direction of Sofienalpe. After crossing the Tullner Straße near the Red Cross, the trail climbs further to the Exelberg transmitter. From there, a pleasant descent brings you to Schottenhof. Cross the Amundsenstraße, then follow the path uphill to Kreuzeichenwiese and on to Heuberg.

The descent from Heuberg back to Marswiese is partly challenging – a short but steep root trail requires good control and experience. About 30% of the route is technical, while the rest can be managed by advanced beginners.

With 364 m of elevation gain, the tour is rated moderate to demanding. The mix of gravel, forest tracks and a bit of asphalt makes it perfect for mountain bikes or e-MTBs. A compact ride full of variety, forest air and fun on the trails!
