Le groupe Feldenkrais des Savoie est heureux de vous présenter la méthode Feldenkrais.

La méthode Feldenkrais appartient au vaste champ de l’éducation somatique. Elle a été développée par Moshé Feldenkrais,
physicien et expert en arts martiaux.
Les séances se pratiquent individuellement ou en groupe.
L'objectif est de remettre en route le processus d'apprentissage commencé dès l'enfance, développer la conscience de soi, affiner le schéma corporel pour retrouver aisance et confort au quotidien.

The Groupe Feldenkrais des Savoie is happy to introduce you to the Feldenkrais MethodTM.
The Feldenkrais Method belongs to the field of somatic education. It was developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, a physicist and martial arts expert.

The method is proposed as individual sessions or group practice.

The purpose is to restart the learning process that had begun since childhood, to develop self awareness, refine your body image to recover ease and comfort in everyday life.
